Young Explorers Kindergarten is the best preschool any of my children have been to. The best part is both my daughters can't wait to get in class. Each morning they eagerly run off to school and each afternoon they show excitement about the day they have had. My daughters come home telling me about the stories they learned, the art they have done, the food they ate (home-made meals), the kids they played with, and the awesome teachers they have and…..can't stop talking. For small child not stop talking about a place it has to be pretty special.

The quality of the specific class curriculum as well as the school programs is excellent in Young Explorers Kindergarten. We appreciate how comprehensive the program is and how emphasis is put on growth and development on ALL areas – social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, etc. My daughters have been exposed to so much and we really feel that they have been enriched through the various lessons and experiences they’ve been privy to.

Thanks so much to Madam Janice Rees @Zariah Muhammad (Principal and Founder of Young Explorers Kindergarten) who care tremendously about the progress and well-being of my kids and every child in the classroom. She found ways to teach them in a way that they understood, and never put pressure on them. My kids also can speak English very well compared to me when I was their age. (No broken malay-english..because she is real ‘Mat Salleh’ teacher...hehe)

Other teachers in Young Explorers Kindergarten also very dedicated, warm, and loving. My daughters always mentioning the teachers name at home. It is obvious that each child is loved individually and valued for his/her uniqueness.

Thank you Young Explorers Kindergarten for the tireless effort they have put into making my daughter’s experience in preschool as wonderful as it has been! I would strongly recommend this kindergarten to every parent, especially to Putra Heights residents.

 Azyyati & Fadhlul Amali (Parents of Irfan Hadi)

Our son, Irfan Hadi has been with Young Explorer Kindergarten since 2012. 

In just 2 years, we are really amazed with his development in learning progress and communication skills.

Now at 5 years old, he is able to read and do some basic mathematical skill for addition & subtraction.

He can understand and is able to speak in English at his level, also learning many new English words daily.

We believed this is because of the good guidance & support from the teachers.

At kindergarten, he gained a lot of knowledge & skill which we didn’t teach at home, as both working parent, we have problem of time constraint.  

Hope this can be a strong foundation & good preparation for my son mentally and psychologically to face future education challenges. Our son will continue at his kindergarten, Young Explorer Kindergarten until he goes to the primary school in the next 2 years.

Roszilaiyaty (Parent of Hadif)

When my son, Hadif first went to the kindie, he had a totally different idea what kindergarten is all about. In his mind it was just a play school. As such the teacher had a tough time getting him to finish his work as he refused to do the work and just wanted to play. Nonetheless with the on-going effort from their dedicated teachers, the kindie has transformed him from someone who knew nothing about ABC into someone who can manage to write his name. Hadif is much more confident also in maths, able to do addition and subtraction; his English has also improved too. Overall his confident level has also increased tremendously especially throughout this year.

I would highly recommend any parents to send their kids here as the kindie can offer a very good learning environment and method to the kids. I especially like the small classroom concept as this will mean that our kids have more attention from the teacher. I also like the quarterly progress report given to parents so that the parents will be able to closely monitor their kids' progress.
